Summary:
Takes apart electronic equipment and sorts the disassembled
products into appropriate locations as required by performing
the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Takes apart
electronic equipment.*

Sorts
electronic equipment into categories.*

Empties
bins as required.*
-
Assists
drivers during customer pick ups by moving and loading
equipment onto the truck as needed.

Bales
cardboard and plastics with a baler.

Cleans up
including mopping floors, emptying garbage can and cleaning
restrooms.

Maintains
neat and orderly work area.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school
diploma or general education degree (GED).
Language Ability:
Ability to read
and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and
memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to
effectively present information in one-on-one and small group
situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the
organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add,
subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using
whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to
compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar
graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to
apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but
uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with
problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized
situations.
