RCR&R Disposal Request Form

Federal and state regulations regarding electronic waste specifically require businesses and organizations to dispose of non-working and obsolete products in an environmentally sound manner. These regulations are meant to prevent selected high technology products from ending up in landfills where toxic elements could leach into the water stream. For an immediate quote for disposal costs,

  1. You may be entitled to an offset or revenue sharing, depending on the quality of the equipment.
  2. Other charges may be incurred if the product is not palletized, or additional manpower is required.
  3. There may be additional charges depending on the quantity and quality of the equipment picked up.
  4. All charges (if any) must be approved by an authorized representative before pickup.

  6. All charges are subject to state and local taxes.
  7. All quotes are good for 15 days.
    Clients will be provided with a Certificate of Recycling or State Notification Letter certifying compliance with applicable recycling laws.
