Summary:
Publishes auctions on eBay and prepares items for online
sales and uses online tools to generate auction listings by
performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Lists eBay
items using online tools.*

Takes
digital pictures of listed items.*

Prints
invoices and labels for items ready to be shipped.*

Provides
customer service by taking payments over the phone,
answering customer disputes and answers general questions by
phone and email.*

Monitors
inventory of all eBay items.*

Performs
market research on items sold.*
-
Cleans up
by mopping the floor, emptying the garbage cans and cleaning
restrooms.

Organizes
and cleans eBay section of the warehouse.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school
diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one year
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read
and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to
write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak
effectively before groups of customers or employees of
organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to
calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest,
commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and
volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and
geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to
apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal
with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this
job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of
Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Internet
Explorer; eBay Tools.
